Mighty Jets FC gets new Technical Adviser

The Chairman, Mighty Jets FC of Jos, Chief Alexander Wukari has announced the appointment of former Nasarawa United FC Coach, Adams Usman, as the club’s new Technical Adviser.

The appointment followed vacuum created with last week’s sack of all the coaches of Mighty Jets and advertisement of vacancies for their replacement.

Mbum Ferdinand , the club’s Media Officer in a statement in Jos on Saturday, said Usman takes over from former helmsman, Baldwin Bazuaye.

Bazuaye left to join premier league bound Katsina United FC.

According to Ferdinand, former JUTH FC tactician, Dairo Adeyemi has been engaged as the new Chief Coach of Jets.

He said that Adeyemi, a thoroughbred manager and a strict disciplinarian would work directly under the technical adviser.

The chairman also approved the appointment of all former assistant coaches who reapplied for their positions on fresh contracts.

Also appointed, was the former Nigeria U-17 International, Samuel Kuchili as personal Technical Assistant to the chairman to also serve as the club’s technical consultant.

Kuchili, who served Mighty Jets’ hometown rivals, Plateau United FC for 15 years, retired from active football three years ago.

He played with the Nigeria National U-17 team, the Golden Eaglets under Coach Fanny Amun in 1997.

The newly appointed coaches are to be unveiled at the club’s office on Monday.
